Who is responsible?
Funlud is operated by AFBooster Network, at the address in the contact section. We are responsible for the website’s own processing described here. Game publishers and advertising providers may also process information under their own privacy notices. This notice covers the Funlud website; it does not replace the policies of a game or destination you choose to visit.
Information we receive
- Connection and device information: IP address, browser/user-agent, language, operating system, approximate IP-derived country, region or city, network information and request timestamps.
- Visit and campaign information: incoming page and referrer where supplied, advertising click identifiers, campaign/source/placement identifiers, pages and game visuals shown, clicks and confirmation or qualification steps.
- Browser diagnostics: available screen size, timezone, device capabilities, connection indicators and browser-declared graphics/WebGL information. These are technical declarations, not a complete inventory of your device.
- Identifiers and outcomes: first-party browser/visit identifiers, returning-visitor status, and partner reports of registration, installation or other conversion events, including their status and commission amount where supplied.
- Messages: your email address and the information you send when you contact us.
Identified or pseudonymous technical data is not the same as anonymous data. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information to our contact address.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver the site, offer games compatible with a visitor’s country and device, remember parts of a visit, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, understand which presentations attract interest, attribute partner outcomes and reconcile commissions. Advertising tools can also measure campaign results or support remarketing, where enabled.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, operating and securing the site and handling ordinary enquiries rely on our legitimate interests, subject to your rights; a requested service or legal obligation may provide a different basis where applicable. Optional advertising tracking and personalisation require consent where the law requires it. We do not treat browsing, accepting these terms or clicking the game confirmation button as advertising consent.
Google, Meta/Facebook and advertising
Campaigns may use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising and tags delivered through Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager loads configured tags; its presence alone does not prove that every Google product or advertising feature is enabled. When advertising tags operate, information such as IP address, browser/device identifiers, page URL, campaign identifiers and interaction events may be sent to the provider. A provider may associate that activity with its own identifiers or account information under its policies.
Remarketing, where used, lets us or advertising vendors—including Google and Meta—show advertising on their services or other websites based on earlier visits or interactions. Read Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses data from partner sites, Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy. Use Google My Ad Center and Meta advertising preferences to review provider advertising settings. Those settings do not necessarily delete our server records or control every provider.
Your cookie and advertising choices
You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser and review advertising identifiers in your device settings. Blocking navigation or verification cookies can affect remembered choices or require another verification. Provider controls above can limit their personalised advertising. You may also contact us to object to processing or ask about an advertising opt-out.
Where prior consent is legally required—for example, for non-exempt advertising cookies in the EEA, UK or Switzerland—it must be obtained before that use. This notice is information, not a consent mechanism. A game confirmation or “YES” action is not permission for advertising cookies. Browser controls and links to provider settings do not replace a required site consent mechanism. If you have given consent, you may withdraw it through the mechanism that collected it or contact us; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
How long information is kept
Browser-cookie lifetimes are listed above. Expiry or deletion of a cookie does not automatically erase related server records. Visit, security and attribution records are retained according to the continuing need to run and protect the service, investigate issues, resolve attribution disputes and reconcile partner reporting. Conversion and commission records may need to be retained for applicable accounting, legal or dispute-resolution obligations. Enquiry records are kept as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting obligations.
There is no single fixed automatic deletion period for all server-side records. Retention is assessed by purpose, sensitivity, the applicable contractual or legal requirement and whether a record can instead be deleted or anonymised. Contact us for information or a deletion request concerning your data. We do not describe pseudonymous records as anonymous simply because a name is absent.
International processing and security
Our operator is based in Canada. Infrastructure, advertising and game partners operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your province or country, including in places with different privacy laws. Provider terms and legally required transfer safeguards apply to the relevant processing; contact us for details about a transfer affecting your information.
We use HTTPS, signed browser state and access restrictions for our private administration. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Only send the information needed for an enquiry.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or exercise rights concerning sale/sharing or targeted advertising. Advertising-related disclosures can fall within a legal definition of “sharing” or “sale” even without a payment for the data. We do not describe advertising identifiers as outside privacy law.
Send requests to the contact below, explaining the request and enough context to locate a visit without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may need proportionate identity checks. We respond within the time limits required by applicable law; some records may need to be retained for lawful reasons. You may complain to the privacy authority competent for you, including Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information or your European supervisory authority where applicable. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Children and changes to this notice
Funlud is not designed or marketed as a service for children. Users must meet applicable age/consent requirements and each publisher’s age restrictions. If you believe a child has provided information that should not have been collected, contact us so that we can assess and address it.
We may update this notice when the service or its practices change. The date above identifies this version. A changed notice does not, by itself, authorise a new purpose requiring consent.
